How much I adore Coggie from the High Fiber Diet podcast? She sounds like such a fun, exciting person to be around. I really wish I could go to her retreat in November. Maybe if I start saving now....
Also, if anyone has beads left over that they don't want, please keep me in mind. Maybe we could work something out. Thanks!
